THERE ARE TWO (2) BOILERS. MANUFACTURED BY NATL BOILER IN BISTRAL BARANQUILA COLOMBIA, 1986.
INCLUDES DETROIT STOKERS AND ONE COMPLETE ELECTRONIC SYSTEM TO TREAT BOILER DISCHARGE.
THERE ARE TWO (2) PRECIPITATORS) FOR THIS BOILER PACKAGE.
THERE IS AN ELECTRONIC PARTICLE SEPARATOR WITH A TWO STEP PROCESS AS WELL AS A BACK PRESSURE OF 10-20,000 LBS OF WASTE WHICH COULD BE UTILIZED.

THIS BOILER WAS GOING TO BE USED TO BURN PAPER WASTE, WOOD WASTE AND GARBAGE (BIOMASS) .
CAN ALSO BURN BIODIESEL, COAL, WOOD, ETC.
THIS BOILER IS A 70,000 PPH BIOMASS SYSTEM.
MAXIMUM SUPER HEATED PRESSURE IS 800 PSI.
IT PRODUCES SUPER HEATED STEAM AT 800 DEGREES FAHRENHEIT.
THE HEATING SURFACE OF THE BOILER IS: 7680 SQUARE FEET
THE WATER WALL IS: 1583 SQUARE FEET.

THE OFFERING IS SOLD COMPLETE WITH THE AIR METERING CONTROLS AND STACK.
THE WATER WAS CAUSTIC TREATED AND HAS A NALCO PUMP SYSTEM.
THIS BOILER WAS NEVER USED. THEY ONLY TESTED IT WITH SOME COAL.
NOTES:
THE SECOND BOILER IS A NATURAL GAS AND RAN 70,000 LBS/HR. IT WAS PURCHASED IN 1986 AND RAN UNTIL 2000 WHEN THE MILL SHUT DOWN. AFTER SHUT DOWN, IT WAS GASED TO PREVENT CORROSION.
THE BOILER WAS PURCHASED ONLY STARTED FOR TRIALS. IT WAS NEVER POINT INTO OPERATION.
THE TURBINES AND ALL THE ELECTRICALS, INSTRUMENTATION, MANUALS, DRAWINGS, ARE INCLUDED.
THE ENTIRE SYSTEM CAN BE CONVERTED FOR 50HZ OPERATION.

Has Approximately 590 Hours of Use.

Includes: Cummins Deisel Starter (New), Cutler Hammer Excitation System, Oil Lube system, fuel oil heating & fowarding system, Air Intake housing (screen and connecting ducts), exhaust stack with baffles. Switchgear with breaker section and overhead bus ducts, outdoor cabinet with step down excitation transformer (12.6KV, 240V Secondary).

Also includes Westinghouse Ovation Control System, 3 cabinets for switchgear and power cabinet. Worthington Model OF6-2 Natural gas Compressor and all related drawings and manuals.

1 each Keeler Dorr Oliver coal fired boiler with a twin set Detroit Stoker System. New in 1984, 250 PSI
Designed for 35,000 pounds per hour. There is a large silo full of coal still onsite.
In decent condition in a self contained building which would fascilitate easy removal.

LINCOLN NEBRASKA GAS/OIL FIRED BOILER
1 each Lincoln Nebraska Gas & Oil (Bunker #6) boiler. New in 1984, 600 PSI and designed for 60,000 pounds per hour.
There are two each 20,000 capacity bunker tanks outside of the building piping fuel into it.
The Boiler is in decent condition in a self contained building which would fascilitate easy removal.
